In memory of Wayne, who recently past, his memory will never be forgotten.

Hey guys! Welcome to ShockCancer.com! My name is Chelsea and I am 18 years old. I created this website for teens and kids (adults are allowed) to come to when they are in need to talk to someone about cancer. For example: Your mom has cancer and you need someone to talk to or maybe some advice; this website is for you.
When I was 11, my mom was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It was one of the hardest times of my life, yet, I don't regret it. It has helped me become who I am today and it is my passion to help others who are going through the same situation.
This is a very hard and scary part in someones life. Cancer is very scary and you shouldn't have to carry the burden. Talk to someone, or even me! I am here to help!!
My family and I are a big part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. My mom and I ran the Goofy Challenge (13.1 miles on Saturday then 26.2 miles on Sunday) together with Team and Training!
My mom is in her 7th year in remission and is doing AMAZING! I am so blessed that she is healthy! As a celebration of her 5th year in remission, my mom ran her first half marathon. I regret not doing it with her, so ever since then, we run events together with Team in Training! GO TEAM!
This website is to try and fight all cancers...I believe that once there is a cure found for one cancer, a cure will soon be found for all cancers!
This website is to help you, please use it respectfully and properly!
Do not give out any personal information, express yourself, do not be negative or use foul language, and most of all...TRY AND MAKE SOMETHING NEGATIVE INTO SOMETHING POSTIVE!
Be Relentless!!
